Bone Grafting
If you lose a tooth for some reason, some bone loss often occurs, and the bone around the jaw will begin to deteriorate. When the jawbone has significant damage, it cannot support implants on this unstable foundation ,We at Arabian Specialist Medical Center uses bone grafting for perfect dental restorations during these circumstances.
Scaling and Root Planning
Periodontal (gum) disease progresses as the pocket between the tooth and gums gets irritated by plaque, bacteria, and calculus (tartar). As this debris collects, sometimes deep in the pocket of the tooth, it often becomes difficult for people to properly clean. At the Arabian Specialist Medical Center, we perform a “deep cleaning,” or scaling and root planning, of these hard-to-reach areas to prevent the progression of the disease.
Teeth Whitening
Teeth Whitening We all have teeth. With all the coffee and other foods that can stain our teeth daily, even proper maintenance sometimes leaves them a little lacklustre. That's why it's so important to whiten your smile on a regular basis with professional help. Our dentists offer various treatments for whiter smiles depending on what kind of stain is afflicting you the most.
Night Guard for Bruxism
Bruxism is a common response to daily stress and one that can severely damage your teeth if ignored. If you notice any signs of wear on the back or front of your molars, sensitive gums around those areas in the morning, or waking up with headaches often after sleeping for an extended period of time then it may be bruxism at work.
Nitrous oxide (Laughing Gas)
Nitrous Oxide is a sweet-smelling, non-irritating, colourless gas that you can breathe. Nitrous Oxide has been the primary means of sedation in dentistry for many years. Nitrous oxide is safe, the patient receives 50-70% oxygen with no less than 30% nitrous oxide. The patient can breathe on their own and remain in control of all bodily functions.
